ABOUT INO

Severino Benedict S. Alvarado-Zobel, also known as Ino, is a 26-year old businessman who manages a bar and lounge located in BGC, Taguig. Aside from this main source of income, he also accepts seasonal caterings for weddings, birthdays, and parties. As for his hobbies and side hustle, he is an underground boxer since he was 16. However, he was thinking of retiring to focus on the family he is building.

He is residing in Forbes Parks, Makati, with his fiancee, Nicia Cicely Dyliaco. They are currently building their life with their fur babies named Ocho, Nona, Deca, and Onse. They are also expecting their first child by next year.

CHARACTER BACKGROUND

Ino is the youngest son of Yukie Shinogi and Juliano Alvarado-Zobel. He has six older siblings named Primitivo Rafael, Secunda Gabriela, Demitrio Josef, Portia Cristina, Finnick Vern, and Sadie Beatrix Alvarado-Zobel.

He graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management Major in Culinary Entrepreneurship in 2020 at University of Santo Tomas. Originally, he had planned to work as a chef on a cruise, but since it would require him to work overseas, his mother disapproved of it. Instead, he worked as a chef for a year in Marriott, Clark; the reason why he had learned to speak Kapampangan.

When he was 22, the ownership of his parents’ bar and lounge was transferred to him. To be able to pursue his other hobbies and avoid the 9-5 culture, he took the opportunity and managed the bar, in which he had thrived in.

Aside from being a chef, Ino also accepts private catering (as per request). Outside his profession, he is an underground boxer, but has been considering quitting for months now.

Before he chose to be a chef, what he really wanted was to be a forensic pathologist; but after graduating high school, his plans have shifted due to a dream he had one night; where a corpse was chasing after him, seeking justice, and that scared him to death that he wouldn’t dare to be anywhere near a corpse.

Currently, Ino is managing his business while traveling the world with the love of his life, Nicia, and managing his bar at the same time, taking a few sidelines by accepting catering requests and party platters.
